As the IFM Small Works Project Delivery Manager, you enable local FM teams to deliver small-scale capital projects safely, compliantly, and cost-effectively within the EMEA Small Works Program. You provide governance, procurement guidance, and SME support, stepping in for end-to-end delivery only on high-visibility or complex cases. You will work across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with FM teams, WDu0026amp;C, and clients to ensure standards, compliance, and timely delivery. This role offers impact by shaping how small works are governed and executed across regions, within an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide governance and compliance oversight for Tier 2 projects within Small Works framework and CAPEX processes
• Support triage and tier allocation to ensure proper resourcing and risk management
• Ensure EHS, building regulations, and client standards compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Act as SME resource for project methodology, sequencing, risk management, and technical approach
• Provide procurement guidance to secure competitive quotations and frugal delivery
• Coordinate specialist input (mechanical, electrical, building fabric, sustainability)
• Coach FM teams on Small Works tools, templates, and governance standards for Tier 1 delivery
• Escalate project challenges and changes; manage risk and scope changes
• Support financial governance,



budgeting, cost control, and CAPEX forecasting for Tier 2 projects
• Direct end-to-end delivery for critical/high-visibility projects with strict oversight
• Maintain project records and ensure effective stakeholder communication
• Maintain and promote standardized tools, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate progress, risks, and governance status to leadership and stakeholders
• Build cross-geographic relationships to embed the program across regions

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years' experience in construction project management, refurbishment, or facilities management with governance/compliance experience
• Experience enabling operational teams in project delivery (not only direct delivery)
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building fabric
• Knowledge of building regulations, EHS, and multi-jurisdiction compliance
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and construction health and safety practices
• Experience with procurement, contractor management, and cost control
• Experience working in a structured program or portfolio environment
