Overview As a Full-stack Engineer in Product Engineering - Marketplace, you will help Treatwell be discovered, understood and chosen across 13 markets. You’ll work across growth and marketing initiatives, building foundations, improving discoverability, and delivering customer-facing improvements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance speed and quality, shaping products that drive bookings. discovery journeys and conversion flows from concept to production * Own services end-to-end—from architecture and database to UI and deployment * Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate growth opportunities into engineering work while maintaining quality * Maintain platform quality with a DevOps mindset across development and deployment Requisitos principales * Proven experience building production-grade web applications end-to-end * Ownership of features from database schema to UI without handoffs * Systems thinking and ability to identify upstream causes, not just symptoms * Product mindset with user-centric decision making * Data-driven and hypothesis-led with evidence-based decision making * Ability to partner with non-engineering stakeholders and translate growth needs into technical options * Fluent in English and able to work legally in Italy or Spain * Experience in SEO, experimentation, analytics, performance, or growth-related areas is a plus * Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude or Cursor is a plus * Collaborative cross-functional communication * Problem framing and critical thinking * Adaptability in fast-moving growth contexts * Java * Spring Boot * RabbitMQ
