As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide legal guidance across European commercial, regulatory, and privacy matters with a focus on healthcare. You’ll work with cross-functional leaders to shape terms for SaaS, licensing, and strategic partnerships, while managing regulatory risks and outside counsel. The role blends transactional work, regulatory compliance, and IP concerns in a dynamic healthTech environment. You’ll partner with senior teams to deliver high‑quality legal services and support Wolters Kluwer Health’s growth and compliance agenda.

• Structure, draft and negotiate customer agreements including SaaS, licensing, subscriptions, and services for Wolters Kluwer Health offerings
• Draft and negotiate strategic alliances, reseller/distribution, content licensing for AI/RAG models, and data processing agreements
• Advise on HIT, software licensing, e-commerce, and privacy concepts including GDPR and international privacy
• Counsel on regulatory exposures with International Segment leadership related to new offerings, sales activities, and promotions
• Manage outside counsel and collaborate with Global Legal u0026 Compliance teams on IP, litigation, regulatory, HR/employment,

• Develop deep knowledge of Wolters Kluwer Health’s market, products, competitors, and regulatory environment
• Build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality legal services

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in law plus LLB (or equivalent)
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum 7 years of corporate/commercial legal experience
• Experience in healthcare transactional and regulatory matters; HIT/digital health familiarity
• Strong understanding of U.S. and EU healthcare laws and regulations affecting product development and operations
• Experience with SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, and data/privacy concepts (GDPR)
• Experience with AI technologies (RAG, LLMs) and related licensing considerations
• Experience managing outside counsel and cross-border legal matters
