Experteer Overview
As Group Lead Nacelle Developments, you will steer a team of Project Managers and oversee cross-functional grid code development projects for DTR and MHO modules. You’ll align technical delivery with business goals, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive the end-to-end development process from concept to serial production. You will collaborate with engineering, strategy, and service functions to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery while upholding safety standards. This role offers impact by shaping turbine development at Nordex and advancing sustainable energy at scale.

• Provide technical leadership to the PM team
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams (Global Engineering, Product Strategy, PM/EPC, Service and other functions) for DTR and MHO module development
• Manage multiple development projects within budget, timeline, and quality targets
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Turbine Integration Engineering to ensure technical feasibility




• Oversee development from concept to serial production, including prototyping, testing, and certification
• Report progress to the Vice President and align scopes with other PMs
• Implement risk and stakeholder management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Nordex turbine development processes
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Responsabilidades
• M.Sc in Engineering, Mechanics, Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar
• PM certification preferred
• Experience leading a team of Project Managers
• Experience in wind industry project management and team leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and integral coordination skills
• Good planning skills with experience in planning tools (Planner)
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems advantageous
• Fluent English
• Spanish degree recognition for foreign qualifications when applying
