Qida is seeking a Head of Salesforce Effectiveness in Barcelona to scale our commercial engine. You will own transformation across training, tooling, and incentives, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Tech to optimize CRM, AI-assisted selling, and the entire conversion funnel. You will lead and coach sales teams, drive cross-company integration during M&A;, and design scalable playbooks for growth. Fluency in Spanish is required; relocation to Barcelona is expected.
