Overview As a Senior Migration Consultant, you lead data migration projects from legacy systems into Vault CDMS, collaborating with Sponsors and CROs. You translate legacy database structures into target schemas, oversee end-to-end delivery, and ensure data integrity through validation and scripting. You will mentor juniors and provide feedback to product teams, helping scale customer migrations in a fast-paced environment. This role sits within the Migration Team, part of Professional Services, focused on transforming clinical data management at scale. and script validation on large clinical datasets * Lead end-to-end data migration delivery across active trials per project plans * Develop and configure validation scripts and SQL listings for data integrity during ingestion * Provide feedback to product teams based on migration challenges and data bottlenecks * Contribute to reusable migration tools, templates, and automation, mentoring juniors * Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth delivery * Maintain auditability and data cleanliness throughout the migration process Requisitos principales * 5+ years in EDC clinical software and end-to-end data management * Solid understanding of clinical trial data collection and review processes * Programming experience in SAS, R, Python, or SQL * Life sciences industry experience across pharma/biotech/CRO/public health * Customer-facing experience in software professional services or consulting * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Willingness to travel up to 10% (potential international travel) * excellent communication * collaboration * problem-solving * EDC clinical software (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm) * SQL and scripting (validation scripts, data listings) * Vault CDMS and Data Quality System (DQS)
