digica is looking for an experienced Odoo Business Analyst to take full ownership of client engagements, from first workshop to go-live.

This is a role for someone who has moved past writing specifications for others to implement. You will lead requirements analysis, design the solution, and configure Odoo Enterprise / Odoo.sh yourself. You will own the client relationship directly: scope, planning, expectations, and the difficult conversations that come with delivery work. Our developers handle the complex customizations and you direct that work.

We are deliberate about this point: there is no account manager between you and your client. If you have spent the last few years having your client conversations filtered through someone else, this role is the opposite of that.

Responsibilities

- Lead requirements workshops and translate business processes into functional Odoo solutions
- Configure and customize Odoo modules directly — Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, depending on scope
- Own the client relationship throughout the engagement, including scope management and expectation setting
- Brief and coordinate developers on complex customizations
- Manage testing, user training, and rollout

Requirements





- Proven Odoo delivery experience, with several implementations completed end to end
- Hands-on configuration skills. This is a build role, not a documentation role
- Demonstrated autonomy in client-facing work: you can frame a scope, push back when necessary, and recover a project that has drifted
- Credible at all levels of a client organization, from operational staff to executive management
- Fluent English, plus French or Dutch
- Advantageous: Odoo Studio, Python customizations, project management experience
