Build and maintain a design system that scales across dashboards, CMS, and member portals.Set coding standards, performance benchmarks, and accessibility compliance.Partner with backend engineers on API contracts and data flows.Mentor our full-stack team and elevate overall FE delivery quality.Ensure the platform is multi-country, multi-language,
