A profile for leading a Tribe divided into 4 Squads, made up of:

- 5 Android developers
- 4 iOS developers
- 1 Java developer
- 6 QAs
- 4 Technical POs

In addition to the usual Scrum Master responsibilities, we are particularly looking for someone with strong knowledge and experience in tracking agile performance metrics and team KPIs.

Their main responsibilities would include:

- Maintaining and continuously improving the tracking reports and dashboards in eazyBI, connected to Jira.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and correct interpretation.
- Continuously monitoring team performance and progress against established objectives.
- Identifying deviations, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring proper follow-up until the expected results are achieved.
- Facilitating data-driven decision-making and providing regular visibility into the Tribe's progress.
- Supporting the team in continuously improving its processes, ways of working, and levels of predictability.
