YunExpress is a general logistics provider specializing in cross-border e-commerce logistics. As we continue to strengthen our operations in Spain, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor to coordinate our local operational activities and ensure smooth collaboration between the warehouse, operations, customs and transportation teams.

As our business in Spain continues to develop, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our local Spanish operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working close to warehouse operations, identifying problems quickly and driving practical solutions across different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily activities of the operations team and ensure smooth and efficient execution of operational tasks.
- Coordinate manpower allocation, workload and shift arrangements according to business volume and operational priorities.
- Monitor key operational KPIs, including end-to-end lead time, service quality, operational efficiency and cost performance.
- Work closely with warehouse, customs, transportation and office-based teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Act as a key coordination point between warehouse operations and office functions, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
- Monitor operational costs and support resource optimisation and cost-control initiatives.
- Manage operational incidents and escalations, driving root-cause analysis, corrective actions and proper follow-up.
- Support team performance management, coaching and continuous capability development.
- Ensure SOPs, safety requirements and internal operational standards are consistently followed.
- Support other operational functions when required to ensure overall business continuity.

Requirements





- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain or transportation operations.
- At least 3 year of hands-on warehouse or warehouse-related operational experience.
- Previous team supervision or operational coordination experience is strongly preferred.
- Fluent Spanish and Mandarin is essential, as the role requires daily communication with local employees, warehouse staff and external partners, as well as HQ in China.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, manpower planning, operational KPIs and process improvement.
- Confident and hands-on leadership style, with the ability to address issues directly and manage operational conflicts constructively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and resources under operational pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing volumes and priorities.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and result orientation.

You should be comfortable going into the warehouse, understanding what is happening on the floor, challenging inefficient processes when necessary, and bringing warehouse and office teams together to solve problems.
