Property Finder – Estepona, Casares & Manilva

Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Estepona is looking for a Property Finder with a strong focus on Casares and Manilva . We are looking for someone who knows how to create opportunities, build trust and find the properties our clients are looking for.
Your role
As a Property Finder, your main responsibility is to identify and connect with potential property sellers and bring new properties into our portfolio.
This is a proactive and relationship-driven role. You will spend much of your time building your local network, contacting potential sellers and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Your day might include reaching out to homeowners, following up on property advertisements, contacting private sellers through platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa,



meeting people in the local area or visiting a potential new property.
You will work closely with the rest of the Estepona team, but you will also have plenty of freedom to plan your own activities and develop your area.
What you will be doing
- Identifying and approaching potential property sellers
- Actively sourcing new properties in Casares, Manilva and the surrounding area
- Developing and maintaining a strong local network
- Following up on private property listings and other potential leads
- Building relationships with homeowners and prospective clients
- Evaluating properties and identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing property listings and ensuring that the necessary documentation is in place
- Working closely with your colleagues to create a great experience for our clients
