As a Commercial Service Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services are commercially successful, transparent, and aligned with business value across the Allianz Group. Sitting at the intersection of business, finance, and technology, you will help shape how services are designed, priced, governed, and delivered to Allianz entities worldwide.

What You Do
- Define and manage the commercial framework for services within the New Horizon 2030 program, including service offerings, pricing models, and charging mechanisms.




- Act as the primary commercial partner for Allianz Group entities, ensuring transparency, alignment, and value-driven service delivery.
- Develop and maintain service agreements, commercial contracts, and related governance documentation.
- Monitor service financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Provide commercial insights and reporting to support strategic decision-making and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Service Owners, Product Managers, Finance, Legal, and Program Management teams on commercial matters and service evolution.
- Assess the commercial impact of service changes, new offerings, and transformation initiatives while ensuring sustainable business outcomes.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of commercial processes and service management practices
