Purpose
In the role of Tender Agent, you will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end tender management process . You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high‑quality tender submissions within the required timelines, ensuring that both existing and new customers receive best‑in‑class tender solutions.




How can you help us?
- Experience with providing administrative support for tenders for both public and private customers.
- Ability to ensure full compliance with public procurement requirements when working on public‑sector tenders.
- Confidence in coordinating the tender process and collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing.
- Strong skills in background research, document searches, and data collection needed for tender preparation.
- A reliable approach to meeting tender deadlines and taking ownership of timely delivery.
- Capability to support the review and final sign‑off of proposals and other tender documents.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and support improvements to systems and processes .
- Familiarity with CRM systems, including tracking contracts, managing issues, reporting trends, and responding to stakeholder inquiries .
