We’re looking for an Account Manager to own the retention and growth of our customer base. You will manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, seeing value from the product, and renewing long-term.
About the role
As Account Manager,



you will manage a portfolio of customers in the Italian and English-speaking market and ensure they remain successful and engaged with Enginy.
Customer Retention
Proactively manage accounts to minimize churn and secure renewals
Identify risks early and build engagement plans with customers
Account Management
Maintain accurate CRM data, health scores, and renewal timelines
Use product usage and feedback to manage account health
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Onboarding new clients
About you
~ Proficiency in Italian and English
~2–5 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
~ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
~ Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
~ Comfortable using CRM and customer success tools
