The Partner Development Representative (PDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-quality partnership opportunities. The primary goal is to schedule meetings for the Partner Manager (PM) with qualified,



strategic potential partners who align with the company’s growth objectives. Engage with potential partners to understand their business needs and qualify their interest in partnering with your company. Schedule meetings between the Partner Manager and qualified potential partners. Sales Acumen : An understanding of sales processes, particularly B2B sales and partnership development.
CRM Management : Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage partner interactions and track progress.
