In this role, you will sit at the intersection of IT operations, analytics, and automation, driving stability across our Infrastructure & Security services. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable service performance at scale, while identifying opportunities to leverage GenAI and automation to make our operations smarter, faster, and more resilient.

Support the development and delivery of the IF&IS; stability roadmap, including change delivery quality and risk reduction initiatives
Monitor and analyse the performance of IT infrastructure services - servers, networks, workplace,



and applications - and proactively address potential issues before they become disruptions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, drive root cause analysis for major outages, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence
Identify and leverage opportunities for GenAI and automation to improve IT operations, change delivery, and monitoring capability

Apply data analytics to operational and service data to measure improvement effectiveness, surface trends and outliers, and make data-driven recommendations
Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across IF&IS; and beyond
Prepare and present performance reports and improvement activity summaries to senior management

Experience in IT Operations / ITSM (incident, problem, and change management) in an analytical or management role
Ability to drive data-driven process improve
