Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact between renewable energy park owners and internal stakeholders across Technical, Finance, and Commercial teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Monitor contractual obligations for both renewable energy park owner entities and RES under Asset Management agreements.
- Manage insurance claims and claims related to construction defects under contractual warranties.
- Propose and oversee the operational financial budget of park owner entities.
- Prepare plant operational reports and ensure their timely delivery to clients.
- Support the Business Development team by identifying commercial opportunities, promoting RES services, and providing recommendations to asset owners.
- Apply Asset Management procedures, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and promote a strong Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) culture.
- Conduct site inspections and audits involving clients,
suppliers, subcontractors and authorities.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master’s in a general Engineering or Renewable Energy field.
- Advanced business and industry knowledge.
- Advanced technical, analytical and IT skills.
- Fluent in English and Greek, written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage complexity, make decisions, and work autonomously.
- Organised, pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach with strong team spirit.
- Basic knowledge of French (optional).
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities.
- A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills when working with clients and external partners.
