The Manager, Maintenance & Operations is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and sustainability of the assets under management. The role oversees technical operations, maintenance strategies, contractor performance, and operational excellence initiatives, ensuring high standards of asset reliability, customer experience, compliance, and cost efficiency

This position plays a key role in driving operational performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the organizations sustainability and ESG objectives.

Operations & Maintenance Manager

Develop and implement preventive, predictive,



and corrective maintenance programs

Ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of all building systems and critical infrastructure

Monitor maintenance activities and ensure compliance with established service levels and operational standards

Coordinate technical interventions, refurbishment projects, and capital improvement initiatives

Optimize maintenance processes and operational procedures to maximize asset performance

Ensure appropriate workforce planning and resource allocation

Budget & Financial Management

Prepare and manage annual operating and maintenance budgets
