Experteer Overview
As the Trade Marketing Manager Iberia, you will bring the HOKA brand to life across wholesale environments in Iberia, primarily Spain. You will develop consumer-led trade marketing strategies, premium retail experiences, and seasonal Go-To-Market plans in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing teams. You will translate brand stories into in-store, window, digital, and partner touchpoints, driving engagement and conversion while leading Field Experience initiatives. You will manage investments, partners, and measurement frameworks to maximize ROI and impact, strengthening connections with running, sport, and lifestyle communities.

• Create clear ways of working, calendars, toolkits, and reporting routines for high-quality delivery
• Lead, inspire, and develop the Field Experience team and junior managers

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated experience in trade marketing or related field
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Retail footwear, fashion, sporting goods, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and consumer engagement strategies
• Experience managing marketing budgets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
