Overview
In this role you will drive lifecycle activation and outreach for the French market within Factorial's general Lifecycle team. You’ll optimize activation, reactivation, and lead nurturing to convert leads into pipeline, while enabling SDRs and aligning with Field Marketing. You’ll apply automation and AI-powered approaches to scale personalized outreach and improve funnel velocity. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on growth and lifecycle motion.

Responsabilidades
- Lead activation and lifecycle execution for the French market, designing triggers, timing, and channels
- Manage lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement programs across the funnel
- Support lead scoring and lifecycle stage management per global criteria
- Translate lifecycle campaigns into SDR sequences and outreach plays for French market




- Coordinate with SDRs for lead routing, SLAs, and campaign context at handoff
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to turn events/campaigns into full-funnel sequences
- Identify automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates
- Use AI tools for copywriting, sequence creation, and outreach personalization at scale
- Contribute to AI tooling experiments for segmentation and prioritization
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure accurate lead attribution across touchpoints
- Ensure data quality for lead routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene
- Analyze activation performance and share insights with Lifecycle and Revenue Marketing teams
- Build and maintain basic dashboards tracking activation rates, funnel velocity, and ROI

Requisitos principales
- 2–3 years in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related field
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
