Preferred Minimum Qualifications / Skills
E-commerce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling e‑commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre, FlipKart, Tmall, JD, etc.) across different countries and diverse cultures, preferably in Asia or LATAM.
Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple international projects simultaneously with effective time management.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with complex data to justify business decisions and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
