Data Center Technician III
You will interact with stakeholder in Spain and across EMEA, so both Spanish and English language is essential
Working to meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.
Being first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
Performing regular server hardware repairs(drives, motherboards etc).
Carrying out routine network, server hardware and OS related repairs.
Working with cross-functional teams on a regular basis to complete routine work.
Adhering to security and safety best practices in the data center.
Performing server upgrades, rebuilds, scheduled works as required.

A successful Data Center Technician III should have:





High school or equivalent diploma Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair Experience in networking.
Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts

Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of TCP/IP networks
Earn trust, Ownership, Bias for action, Learn and be curious

Annual salary ranging from: 30.000/ 35.000
