As an Account Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding strategic accounts across the Iberia market. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, combining technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to identify business challenges, position ETAP’s solutions, and create long‑term customer value.

This role requires a proactive hunter mindset, with the ability to open doors, build relationships from scratch, and engage effectively with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.



You will own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, while working closely with technical and customer success teams to ensure customer success.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, targeting, and converting prospective customers, expanding ETAP’s presence and securing new logos across key industries.
- Develop and execute account plans to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Build relationships with decision‑makers at multiple levels, including engineers, operations leaders, plant managers, digital transformation teams, and C‑level executives.
- Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
