Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid for an Architect with a strong technical focus on building systems. The Architect will primarily focus on architectural design and project management for general fit-out projects within existing buildings. This position is designed for a BIM/Revit expert who can seamlessly integrate technical coordination with international collaboration. Reporting to the Lead Architect,



the successful candidate will ensure high-quality project delivery while supporting the team’s growth in BIM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & BIM Workflows
- The Architect collects and arranges technical data, preparing drawings and plans for diverse global projects.
- The role involves developing, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models in Revit to ensure consistent documentation across all project phases.
- The Architect acts as a technical resource, supporting and guiding the team in Revit usage and BIM standards.
- Responsibility includes monitoring the work of local engineers and providing remote guidance to contractors during the construction phase.

Project Management
- The Architect manages multiple projects simultaneously, including the preparation of time schedules and budgets.
- The role supervises the bidding process and ensures all project requirements are met in a timely manner.
