Personally run Perk's most complex and highest-value deals

Own pricing governance and structuring for complex, non-standard commercial deals

Mentor the team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, commercial risk, and escalations

Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product to unblock deals

Own the CPQ platform relationship and improve CPQ configuration, pricing logic, and quoting workflows

Represent Deal Desk in Revenue Systems and CPQ/CLM roadmap decisions

Own the Deal Desk automation roadmap using AI and automation

Deliver automation for manual workflows such as company setup, payment profile setup, and subscription provisioning





Partner with engineering and systems teams on automation initiatives

Evaluate and pilot AI tools for contract redline review, NDA triage, and deal risk flagging

Act as first line of defense on contract redlines and non-standard deal terms

Own commercial governance, pricing and discounting policy, and approval structures

Safeguard deal commercials, business risk, and revenue recognition implications

Requirements

Strong Deal Desk experience within B2B SaaS, ideally spanning mid-market and enterprise segments

Proven experience leading a Deal Desk or equivalent commercial/sales operations team, with direct people management responsibility

Comfortable personally running complex, high-value deals while leading and developing a team

Prior ownership of a complex CPQ platform

Track record of measurable improvements to quoting, pricing, and deal velocity for Sales

Experience scoping and delivering automation and/or AI initiatives that red
