Overview
Join SiteMinder's international sales team to help hotel owners and managers adopt its leading open hotel commerce platform. You will leverage hospitality experience to become a trusted advisor, driving revenue impact and profitability for clients while growing new business and upselling. You’ll work across the full sales cycle with support from coaches and managers in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture. This role offers onboarding, coaching, and uncapped earning potential in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades
- Create new opportunities and upsell current customers across the full sales cycle (outreach, demos, closing)
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs and targets
- Prepare quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system




- Provide client feedback to Product Team to influence product direction
- Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder
- Attend key functions and events, with occasional travel to client sites

Requisitos principales
- Current or recent experience in the hotel industry (revenue management, sales or hotel commercial roles strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of hotel business models, operational workflows and commercial challenges
- Fluent in German (min. C2)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Confident phone presence and ability to lead meetings with prospects
- Excellent communication skills with customers, in writing and verbally
- Self-motivation and resilience to perform daily
