For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Drive Technical Development: Own the development of core game systems and features, from technical design through implementation and delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the overall architecture.
- Own Engineering Outcomes: Take ownership of technical areas and features end-to-end, proactively identifying what needs to be done, making informed technical decisions, and driving execution without requiring constant direction.
- Optimize the Player Experience: Profile, troubleshoot, and optimize game performance, stability, memory usage, and responsiveness across a wide range of mobile devices, ensuring a smooth and high-quality player experience.
