We're hiring someone to help grow our network of referral partners
The role
Partners help spread the word about Genki and earn a commission for every member they refer. Your job is to find and sign new partners, get them started, and help nurture and grow our existing partner relationships. You'll work as part of our marketing team, reporting to and collaborating closely with the Head of Partnerships.
This role is adecuado for someone who is already a nomad and tapped into the community. You'll spend your time with the people who run coliving and coworking spaces, nomad communities,



and other businesses that serve nomads and expats - and bring them on board as Genki partners.

What you'll do
- Win new partners. Build target lists, run cold outreach (email, calls, DMs, meetings at nomad events), and bring new referral partners on board.
- Grow existing partners. Own activation and business development conversations with partners: find integration and co-marketing opportunities, unlock more placements, and reactivate partners that have gone quiet.
- Own the pipeline. Run our CRM as a proactive outreach engine: clean, current, and always moving.
- Build the machine. Together with the Head of Partnerships, create automations (outreach sequences, pipeline enrichment, AI-assisted workflows) to streamline and accelerate the points above
