You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide.Responsibilities- Advising clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in both French and English- Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips- Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies- Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries- Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences- Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offersYour Profile- You have excellent language skills in professional French and English,
