You will work with business customers, understand their commercial objectives and help them identify advertising solutions that can support their growth and online presence.This is an onsite position in Athens, with a comprehensive relocation package available for candidates moving to Greece.Your RoleYou will be in direct contact with Italian-speaking business customers, combining relationship management with a consultative sales approach.Your responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining relationships with Italian-speaking business customersUnderstanding clients' business objectives,



challenges and advertising needsPresenting relevant digital advertising solutions and identifying opportunities to increase their valueDeveloping existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesProviding commercially focused guidance to help customers improve their advertising activityManaging customer conversations with a consultative rather than purely transactional sales approachWorking towards individual sales targets and performance KPIsFollowing up on commercial opportunities and maintaining accurate account informationDeveloping a strong understanding of digital advertising products and solutionsWhat We're Looking ForFluent ItalianEnglish at B2 level or higherPrevious experience in sales, Ad Sales, digital advertising, account management or another customer-facing commercial positionStrong communication and relationship-building abilitiesConfidence in discussing commercial solutions with business customersAbility to identify opportunities and turn customer needs into sales opportunitiesTarget-oriented and motivated by achieving resultsComfortable working with digital tools and learning new platform
