Manpower is partnering with an international investment fund to expand its Barcelona office with the hire of anM&A; Associate. We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience on financial modelling and fluency in English.Key Responsibilities- Support due diligence processes for potential transactions.- Support the end‑to‑end acquisition process, including execution and negotiations alongside senior stakeholders.- Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities.- Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for boards, investors, banks, and other stakeholders.- Analyse and assess business models and strategic positioning of target companies.- Build and review financial models, including company valuations, LBO models, budgets,



and forecasts.- Support the preparation of investment memorandums and transaction documentation.- Coordinate with auditors and external advisors during financial and operational reviews.- Develop and maintain financial models for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking.- Produce financial reports and consolidation packages for internal and client use.- Implement and oversee financial best practices across the company and its portfolio.- Identify new investment opportunities through data analysis, research, and market intelligence.- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives linked to investment activities.- Provide additional support on strategic or ad hoc projects as required by senior management.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction services.
