Overview
In this role you lead the Manufacturing Engineering team within Spacecraft Production & AIT Spain, driving engineering activities for the AIT area. You will co-engineer industrial plans with Design Offices to deliver high-precision, low-tolerance spacecraft assemblies for EOS, EOS and TNS programs within strict clean-room protocols. You’ll manage cost and schedule targets, enable continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bids and program execution. This is a hands-on leadership role in a highly technical, safety-conscious environment with a focus on impactful, space-grade manufacturing.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop the ME production team to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets
- Deliver complete Manufacturing Dossiers (planning, MBOM, assembly procedures, times, and specs)



for new programs in AIT using the DDMS toolset
- Provide industrial plans and accurate ME NRC/RC cost estimates to support bidding and offers
- Coordinate with EOS and TNS stakeholders and with Program Business Lines, AIT, Environmental Testing, and mechanical/ RF/ electrical leads
- Maintain adherence to cost targets and EAC budgets with Program Managers and Finance controllers
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the AIT area while complying with standards

Requisitos principales
- Proven ME experience in space sector or high-precision environments and prior leadership of engineering teams
- Experience in Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) within space or high-precision environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills
- Advanced English and Spanish written and spoken proficiency
