Finance & Operations Specialist

Since 2013, the company has specialized in commercializing specialty medicines across Europe and international markets, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with the standards of a regulated industry.
We are looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive professional to support Finance & Operations in an international pharmaceutical environment. The role combines operational supply chain coordination with day-to-day finance support and requires a systematic person who can execute accurately, work across functions, and help improve processes.
Manage order administration and customer service to ensure timely, accurate execution.
Monitor accounts receivable and support payment collection.




Monitor accounts payable and support invoice validation and payment processing.
Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting preparation.
2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar hybrid role.
Experience in pharma, biotech, FMCG, or another regulated industry is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; CRM exposure is a plus.
Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar reporting tools are an advantage.
Interest in AI-driven and digital tools is an advantage.
Excellent English skills; German, French, or another European language is an advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with Visio, Miro, or similar tools for process mapping.
