Role : Talent Operations Manager (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to work on a full-time basis. This role focuses on optimizing talent acquisition processes and enhancing operational efficiency across integral teams. Design and implement scalable talent operations frameworks to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine hiring strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Oversee the implementation of applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to enhance data accuracy.
• Experience managing talent operations or HR technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.




• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive process optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and data privacy regulations.
