Responsibilities
Execute implementation of the “Winning In” customer marketing strategy in KC. Building long-term relationships with key strategic customers. Ownership of the A&P; budget and tools allocated to the City. Responsible to coordinate and update bottom-up plan worked with BM’s and aligned with Field Manager and Customer Marketing Managers. Ensure negotiation, definition and execution of tailor made visibilities and activations in Key Cities with perfect execution. BTL Agency Management: from briefing to execution. Evaluation of Activities developed in the City, M&E; for Key Activities to ensure we continue with proven growth driver activities. Influence during IAP process to ensure resources and activities needed are covered during IAP process.
Skills
Minimum 3 years sales or marketing experience working preferably in the On Trade channel. Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer-term execution plans. Experience in balancing long and short-term priorities to create efficiencies.
Comprehension of competitive market for brand and category. Comfortable interpreting data to develop initiatives to grow the brand in line with company values. Experience of managing a budget and across multiple stakeholders. Negotiation skills. English and Spanish required.
