In this role you drive the commercial engine of TP Spain’s strategic new program, leading a cross-EMEA sales effort. You’ll guide outbound pipeline generation, host acquisition, and consultative engagements with property managers, while scaling a multilingual sales team. You’ll collaborate with Airbnb and TP Growth teams to refine targeting and cadences, using data to optimize workflows and outcomes. Responsabilidades

Oversee the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets




Drive outbound pipeline generation and maintain host acquisition performance
Lead high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers
Collaborate with Airbnb Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting and outreach cadences
Build and scale a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up
Leverage data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance

Requisitos principales

Proficient English (C1)
Minimum 18 months experience as a Sales Team Leader
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Good people skills
Strong presentation, xqbhyrx analytical and problem solving skills
Team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills
Consultative sales knowledge (BANT) is a plus
Interest in sales, technology and the internet; desire to learn and develop
High emotional intelligence
Additional languages are a plus
