THE PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED:
Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona (HSJD) is a private non-profit institution with a vocation for public service since its creation in 1867. Our hospital is dedicated to the comprehensive care of women, children and adolescents and has become one of the most important specialised centres in Europe in Paediatrics and Obstetrics, and a reference centre in healthcare, teaching and research.
Our care is based on the multidisciplinary work of our professionals and is characterised by a high level of specialisation which integrates cutting-edge technology, not only to improve the health of our patients and the community, but also to advance scientific knowledge. Through the Sant Joan de Déu Research Institute (IRSJD) and its Research Foundation (FSJD), we conduct research to find new and better treatments for maternal and foetal diseases, children and young adults’ health problems and mental health conditions. As a University of Barcelona affiliated hospital, we contribute to the training of health professionals at different stages,



from undergraduate to master’s and doctoral degrees.
Within HSJD, the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Learning (DRIL) manages and coordinates the activities of the hospital related to the definition of the strategic agenda of its three areas of influence, overseeing the design, promotion and implementation of strategic institutional projects within them. We, at the Directorate of Research, Innovation and Learning, have an innovative approach to management and are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to provide high-level support to the DRIL leadership team in the implementation of our strategic agenda related specifically to Advanced Therapies and Internationalisation.
You will be key in enabling the successful definition, deployment and monitoring of institutional strategic priorities, working in close collaboration with the Deputy Director of DRIL and, by extension, with the Director as well
