In this role you will help design and build the next-generation structural analysis platform used for sizing and certification of Airbus products. You will work within the Structural Analysis Methods & Tools Team to advance digitalization, combining advanced coding with airframe knowledge to improve data continuity and reduce lead time. You’ll tackle multidisciplinary simulation work and contribute to future ISAMI tooling, AI, and surrogate modeling efforts. This is a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity to shape next-gen engineering software at Airbus.

Responsabilidades
- Design and develop the next-generation simulation platform (Advanced C++ framework) with GUI and multidisciplinary capabilities
- Implement capabilities in the Stress Solver Repository using Modern C++ and Python
- Automate structural analysis processes into ISAMI aligning with the Airframe Engineering digital strategy
- Maintain and optimize existing Methods & Tools for current Airbus programs
- Define new sizing and optimization methods to ensure data consistency across the lifecycle
- Supervise and validate sub-contracted software development activities
Requisitos principales
- Education: Aeronautical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science degree, or related discipline
- Proven experience in Software Engineering/Architecture with a foundation xqbhyrx or interest in structural/stress analysis
- Expertise in Modern C++ (C++20+) and Python; strong software architecture and OOP; familiarity with GUI frameworks (Qt) and simulation/FEA tools (ISAMI, HyperWorks, Nastran)
