In this Consultant role, you will drive successful Vault CRM and Events Management implementations for leading pharma customers. You’ll guide business process analysis, design scalable solutions, and lead client engagements across workshops, UAT, and training. You’ll collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure quality and timely delivery, with opportunities to advance into roles such as Project Manager or Solution Architect. Responsabilidades
- Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementations or migrations across configured roles
- Configure and customize Veeva CRM and Vault to client specifications




- Lead client engagements including workshops, UAT, and training sessions
- Act as trusted advisor to optimize and harmonize business processes
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions
- Invest in professional development and certifications
- Contribute to internal initiatives and projects

Requisitos principales
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Life Sciences or adjacent industry
- 3+ years of hands-on SaaS technology implementation projects in xqbhyrx relevant roles
- Proven ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel ~20%
- Fluent in English and one of: French, German, Spanish, or Italian
