We’re looking for a Team Lead, Account Management to join our CS department.
About the role
We're hiring a Team Lead to run our Account Management team. You'll manage a team of 3-6 AMs — coaching, pipeline reviews, ramping new hires — and you'll also own your own portfolio of 15-20 key accounts. You're not stepping back from the work to manage it, you're doing both at once.
That's deliberate. Your own book is where you prove out the playbook before you ask the team to run it. As the team grows, the plan is for this role to shift toward full-time management with a lighter (eventually no) portfolio — but for now, and for a while, you're a player-coach.
You'll report to the Head of Customer Success. Customer Success owns revenue at Enginy, not just satisfaction — renewals, expansion, and a net revenue retention above 100%. This role is central to hitting that number.
