Overview
In this Plant Manager Development Programme, you will rotate across Iberian plants to build end-to-end production leadership. You will work with experienced plant managers to translate strategy into daily operations and develop your leadership capabilities in a hands-on manufacturing setting. The role combines cross-plant exposure with real operational challenges to prepare you for plant leadership within a integral organization.

Requisitos principales
- Leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment (≥2 years)
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- English level B2 or higher
- Relocation availability to any province across Spain or Portugal
