software adoption, or operational capability expansions.- Strong experience managing roadmaps, scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers and escalations.- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, particularly for roadmap management, backlog tracking, delivery monitoring and reporting.- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate technical teams, Product Owners, vendors and business stakeholders.- Strong governance, documentation and executive-level reporting capabilities.- Ability to operate effectively in complex environments with multiple teams, dependencies and evolving requirements.- Proactive, curious and delivery-oriented mindset with a servant-leadership approach.- Professional English level for an international working environment.
