As a SME leader in the Electrification Service Division, you own Controlling processes and drive ERP standardization and transformation. You will shape end-to-end margin visibility across geographies, partnering with IS/ERP to align processes with SAP capabilities. Your work blends process design, governance, and change leadership to enable scalable growth and operational excellence. This role offers cross-functional impact and the chance to influence global deployment of standardized templates.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own controlling domain processes, governance and continuous improvement for Electrification Service Division
• Design and implement standardized business process templates for controlling ERP processes (product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing/accounting, profitability analysis)
• Establish target operating models for end-to-end margin visibility across dimensions and geographies
• Align requirements across countries and business units to ensure scalable, consistent processes
• Partner with IS/ERP, application owners,
and local/regional controllers to ensure processes are supported by systems
• Lead process implementation including training and best practice sharing
• Support migration to SAP S/4HANA and ensure alignment between process design and system capabilities in CO, FI, SD, PS, CS
• Collaborate with management to secure buy-in and drive process adoption; develop change management plans
• Act as liaison between functional teams, business stakeholders and transformation leadership
Responsabilidades
• 10 years of experience in Management Accounting/Business Controlling in service or manufacturing
• Hands-on product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing/accounting and profitability analysis
• Strong SAP understanding in CO, FI, SD, PS, CS; SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage
• Project management and change management experience with cross-functional initiatives
