Overview
In this role, you will architect and operate a cloud-native platform that powers intelligent, autonomous AI applications across a general enterprise. You’ll own the platform strategy, design multi-tenant Kubernetes environments, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on security, reliability, and scalable operations. You’ll mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex AI and MLOps needs into reusable platform patterns. Responsabilidades
- Own the platform architecture, technical roadmap and ADRs within the broader agentic AI strategy
- Design, build and operate the multi-tenant Kubernetes platform using Amazon EKS, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, Argo CD and Argo Workflows




- Build repeatable onboarding, promotion, recovery and decommissioning capabilities through Azure DevOps and GitOps
- Implement identity and tenant isolation across OIDC, Kubernetes RBAC and impersonation, AWS workload identity and secrets management
- Design secure integrations with models, tools, MCP/A2A services and other enterprise platforms
- Own operational readiness, including SLOs, telemetry, agent and LLM tracing, evaluation, capacity, cost, incident response, upgrades, backup/restore and rollback
- Develop and review production Python, Terraform modules, Helm charts and pipeline templates
- Establish technical standards, documentation and reusable platform patterns, and mentor other engineers

Requisitos principales
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience building secure, scalable, resilient cloud-native backend systems at enterprise scale
