Verisure España seeks a Head of Customer Payment & Recovery to lead the end-to-end payments strategy for the LatAm Customer Value Management team, based in Madrid. You will maximize cash collection, reduce defaults and balance profitability with customer experience across multiple markets.
You will design payment journeys, manage collections, and develop predictive models to anticipate failures while coordinating with Product, IT and Finance to enhance payment capabilities.
