At Factorial, we're rebuilding HR software on a simple bet: AI isn't a feature you bolt on—it's how the product gets built, shipped, and improved. We recently raised a $150M Series D at a $2.5B valuation to go all in on it, and we're growing fast. To keep building the team behind that growth, we're on the lookout for a Recruitment Sourcer Intern who wants to own a real piece of how we find and attract top tech talent.

The Role

You'll be the engine behind our Tech Talent Acquisition—finding, mapping, and engaging the engineers, data, and product people who'll shape Factorial's future. This isn't a "post and pray" role: you'll actively hunt for talent, keep our pipelines clean, and use AI to work smarter, not harder.

You'll join our People Team, working shoulder to shoulder with our recruiters and hiring managers. You'll own sourcing projects from day one and see the direct impact of your work on who joins Factorial.

What you'll do:

As a Recruitment Sourcer Intern at Factorial, you will:
- Source candidates: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools to identify and engage potential candidates for our tech roles.
- Screen and shortlist: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that align with our requirements.
- Support phone screenings: Help assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with them to understand their needs and keep the recruitment process smooth.
- Build talent pools: Create and maintain clean, well-structured databases of potential candidates for current and future openings—consistent tagging, no duplicates, always up to date.
- Support employer branding: Help promote Factorial's employer brand through social media and other channels.
