Overview
In this role, you will embed in the Enterprise Media, Content and Creative Acceleration teams to improve how Bayer manages large digital media investments. You will apply data-driven measurement to learning agendas and validation methods, supporting media decisions across major partners. You’ll act as a neutral, analytically rigorous voice to ensure recommendations are incremental, scalable, and evidence-based. This is a chance to shape measurement practices and strengthen cross-market confidence in digital investments.

Responsabilidades
- Validate and challenge partner and agency recommendations on media mix, formats and optimizations to ensure they are incremental and value-accretive.
- Translate insights from MMM, CPLT and other measurement approaches into scalable guidance and communicate it to clusters/countries.
- Define fit-for-purpose measurement across MMM deep dives, experiments, lift studies and validation methods for consistency across markets.
- Prioritize learning agendas with partners, validate test-and-learn results,



and scale proven media strategies across markets.
- Support partner management by strengthening ROI-focused conversations and validating new tools, betas, and innovations.
- Coordinate across multiple performance data sources with the integrated performance platform development lead.

- Deep expertise in digital media measurement and marketing science (MMM, experiments, lift studies, incrementality testing).
- Ability to assess and challenge partner recommendations with objectivity, analytical rigor and commercial awareness.
- Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, scalable media guidance and executive-ready recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams, partners and agencies to influence decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clarity in partner and market discussions.
