Overview
In this role you drive the global compensation landscape, shaping frameworks, governance and rewarding structures across regions. You will partner with the Rewards team to ensure consistent, compliant and market-aligned total rewards. You’ll own strategic compensation programs, data-driven decisions, and regulatory compliance, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to enable high-quality data and processes. Responsabilidades
- Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and salary review cycles in line with total rewards strategy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and develop fair pay structures with regional HR, Legal, and Finance
- Own and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central modules,



ensuring data quality and system readiness in collaboration with IT and HR
- Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives (mobility, allowances) aligning with the total rewards strategy and data-driven decisions
- Partner with global and local stakeholders to align on compensation topics and deliver clear, structured communications

Requisitos principales
- 6–8+ years in HR with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in global or regional roles
- Experience managing or contributing to global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles
- Understanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles
- Experience with regulatory topics (EU Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central modules
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with ability to translate data into insig
