- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of key client accounts
- Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
- Understand client business objectives and identify opportunities to add value

- Coordinate internal teams to ensure high-standard project delivery
- Lead integrated offline and online campaigns, focusing on social media and content-led initiatives

- Coordinate strategy, creative, and production teams
- Oversee content production projects and shoots
- Identify and resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead client meetings and provide proactive project updates
- Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and results
- Ensure client-facing communications and deliverables are accurate and aligned with objectives
- Support account budgets and forecasts
- Monitor profitability, resource allocation, and budget utilisation




- Oversee invoicing, financial tracking, and reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance data

Requirements
- 5-8+ years' experience within a creative, integrated, digital, or social agency environment
- Proven experience managing large, high-profile consumer brands and complex integrated campaigns
- Strong experience managing content production projects and production shoots
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
