In this role you will help plan and execute the Sportsbook proposition to attract, reward, and retain customers, partnering with multiple teams to optimise promotions and ROI. You will monitor performance and drive improvements across touchpoints, ensuring a unified customer experience. Responsabilidades
- Assist in creating the Sportsbook proposition plan
- Collaborate with CRM, Performance Marketing, Content & Brand Marketing to deliver a cohesive proposition
- Oversee campaign creation and execution, including mechanics, payouts, and cross-functional briefs
- Coordinate with Compliance to ensure terms accuracy for promotions




- Plan and approve promotional campaigns and product launches
- Analyze promotional engagement, cost, and ROI on an ongoing basis
- Lead initiatives to improve weekly performance from identified opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis focusing on promotions and retention tactics
- Work with CRM to ensure effective promotional communications to customers

Requisitos principales
- Strong knowledge and passion for sport with UK focus ideal
- Proven experience in planning and delivering promotional campaigns
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in data analysis, performance tracking, and storytelling with numbers
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Experience with customer retention and CRM tactics
- Ability to work independently and across teams
- Solid IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
